GG:CHEMICAL METHOD OF SKIN(-based) HAIR

─ made with liquid glue for Hair Extension System done with Double Sided Adhesive Tape.
Some people call this "Skin Weft".

— Used Glues:G749-STH (unicomponent glue)

For a fee, we provide the manufacturing know-how of SKIN WEFTS (TAPE HAIR, TAPE IN HAIR EXTENSIONS) done with glues.
The final product will be like the Skin Weft (Skin_based Hair, Tape Hair) shown at the below photo saying "PT-20170805-STH".

This manufacturing method does not need expensive equipments (machines, tools, chemicals).

1a) Hands-On-Training Fee: ?
1b) Hands-On-Training Period: 2 days ( 5 hours/day)
2a) Online Training Fee: ? which includes shipping cost for the below materials, DVD, etc under 2b below.

2b) What (training materials) to send to you: DVD, Manual, Sample Chemicals, Accessories for application, Finished SkinTape Hair, Reference Materials, etc

HH: HAND-KNOTTING METHOD ( Some people call it "Hand-Tied Skin Weft

1) Hands-On-Training Fee: ?
2) Hands-On-Training Period: 1 days ( 5 hours/day)

WE DO NOT TRAIN ONLINE FOR THIS METHOD BECAUSE IT DOES NOT HELP YOU LEARN ENOUGH.

THIS METHODS IS LABOR INTENSIVE. WE DO NOT TRAIN THIS METHOD ONLY FOR PRODUCING TAPE HAIR.
WE TRAIN THIS METHOD WHEN YOU TAKE OUR HANDS-ON-TRAINING FOR LACE WIG-MAKING, TOUPEE-MAKING, ETC.

WW: SEWING MACHINE & GLUING METHOD

1) Hands-On-Training Fee: ?
2) Hands-On-Training Period: 2 days ( 5 hours/day)

WE DO NOT TRAIN ONLINE FOR THIS METHOD BECAUSE IT DOES NOT HELP YOU LEARN ENOUGH.

MM: MECHANICAL METHOD OF SKIN-TAPE HAIR MAKING IN MASS PRODUCTION & BEST APPEARANCE:

<> Prices of 2 machines used in making SKin-Tape hair in large quantity.
1) Machine #1: ? t
2) Machine #2: ?

<> Hands-On-Training
1) Training Fee : ?
2) Training Period: 2 days ( 5 hours/day)

<> Online Training is not available because the training must be done with newly developed Skin-Tape hair producing machine set & specially developed materials.

This method needs 2 expensive machines. One ( main) machine of both is ? .
The other machine is ? . While you train how to operate the machines and how to produce the Skinn-Tape hairpieces, you or we can know you need to buy the machine from us or, you can buy ( or, make) such kind of a machine in your country.

This method is for mass production system in consistent & fine quality .

Please see the video.

Our video shows the product finished with our 2 machines, which we have not put Double Sided Tapes on it yet.

When we produce the SKin-Tape hair, the adhesive tapes will be attached onto the Skin-Tape Hair automatically when the SkinTape hair is produced.

SM: SEALING METHOD

We do not supply sealng machines and training course.
<> The Skin-Tape Hairs (42,55,63,74,75,PT-140728A) seen in our photos do not have ADHESIVE TAPES of PT-20170805-STH on them.
We try help you be able to buy (and make) equipments, tools, materials in need in your country saving purchase cost, shipping cost, import tax, etc.
Or if you can not, you can buy from us.

We serve the global wig and hair industry with integrated, real-world expertise built over decades—
spanning manufacturing, machinery, chemical systems, and hands-on education.

1984, we have been directly involved in the manufacturing and international export of hand-made toupees, women’s wigs — both hand-made and machine-made, using human hair and synthetic fibers — as well as hairpieces and other hair goods, including lace closures, lace toppers, synthetic braids, and human hair wefts, working through real factory operations and diverse global production environments.

In 1992, as industry conditions evolved and global production structures shifted, we entered our second business phase.

In parallel with the continued manufacturing and export of toupees, wigs, and other hair goods, we expanded into the development, production, and global supply of machines and process systems used in wig manufacturing — including weft machines, hair implanting and ventilating machines, and related industrial equipment — as well as the chemical systems and materials essential to those processes, such as bondi
ng adhesives, PU skin liquids, coatings, and dyes.

In 2000, we further expanded into the production and export of base materials, including nets, meshes, and lace fabrics, as well as synthetic hair fibers used in wig and hairpiece manufacturing.

Alongside production and development, we have conducted extensive hands-on training worldwide.
In overseas factories, we have trained groups ranging from dozens to hundreds and even thousands of participants, through intensive programs lasting from two weeks to over one year, reaching a total of approximately 20,000 trainees.

These trainees included experienced professionals, company-sponsored employees, successors entering family-owned wig businesses, and complete beginners preparing to build small-scale production operations.

Since 1998, at the JohnKorea Training Center in Korea, we have also provided customized hands-on training in one-to-one or very small group formats, welcoming participants from over 30 countries—including industry professionals, independent business starters, and individuals taking their very first steps into the wig and hair industry.

Through long-term collaboration with buyers and partners across dozens of countries,
continuous market feedback flows back to us—covering real-world demands related to color, size, fashion trends, production efficiency, cost structure, and local consumer behavior.

This feedback forms a practical development loop, allowing us to refine machines, improve chemical formulations, adapt materials, and create new production methods that work not only in theory, but in real factories and real markets.

As a result, our chemical products, materials, and process systems are shaped by actual production results— delivering stable performance, consistent quality, reduced failure rates, scalable processes, and commercially viable outcomes.

This integrated cycle of manufacturing, machine development, chemical formulation, education, and global market feedback defines what we call Integrated Wig Science— practical knowledge built to perform, scale, and generate real business value.
