Professional Wefting Machines & Hands-On Wefting Training

Our Wefting Machines — including Wefting System EZ1, PRO1 (CW433-3H), SM1, SM2, and related models —
are industrial systems designed to produce high-quality hair wefts using human hair or synthetic fibers.

Hair wefts produced with our systems are widely used for:

  • Hair weaving and hair extension applications

  • Ponytails, top closures, clip-on extensions, and related hairpieces

  • Machine-made wigs, wiglets, and integrated wig structures

When combined with our CW435-HP Weft-Posting Machine, continuous wefts can be efficiently converted into finished wig constructions.

How We Train — Learning Beyond Language

Our training does not rely on spoken language.

We teach through real movements, hands-on actions, actual machines, real materials, and tangible results.
Communication is based on seeing, touching, adjusting, and producing — not on theory alone.

During training, we use:

  • Thousands of real samples (hair, chemicals, nets, tapes, machines, tools)

  • Hundreds of international product catalogues

  • Physical comparison of good vs. bad quality, thickness, tension, softness, hardness, texture, width, balance, and alignment

Training communication is simple and universal:
“OK / No Good · Big / Small · In / Out · Go / Stop” — supported by hands, fingers, and machines.

Hands-on practice accounts for over 99% of total training time.
Theory is minimal and only used to support real operation.

Why Even Large Factories Learn From Us

We continuously develop and upgrade machines, chemicals, tools, and production methods
based on real manufacturing stress, global buyer feedback, and thousands of technical requests from over 137 countries.

Our machines are not static products — they are evolving systems, refined through:

  • Daily production use

  • Overseas factory training

  • Continuous export and on-site feedback

This is why even long-established factories and major companies come to us — not to learn basics, but to optimize quality, productivity, and control.

Training Method

  • One trainee at a time (or very small groups) for fastest and most accurate learning

  • Training is conducted on the exact machine you order

  • Within 3–6 days, trainees can:

    • Produce stable, professional wefts

    • Adjust tension, alignment, thickness, and balance

    • Assemble, disassemble, repair, and maintain the machine independently

No prior experience is required.

Why Manuals and Videos Are Not Enough

We do not sell manuals or training videos for wefting machines.

Why?

Because critical factors such as:

  • Thread tension

  • Pressure balance

  • Height, angle, centering

  • Hair behavior under sewing

cannot be learned from paper or video.

Wefting machines require physical sense — not memorization.

That sense can only be acquired through guided hands-on operation, not observation.

Video Recording (After Training)

After you fully understand the machine and pass our internal checks,
we may record operation videos for your future reference only.

These videos are not training tools — they are reminders of skills you already possess.

Beyond Machines — Understanding Hair Itself

During training, you also learn:

  • Hair types, conditions, and behavior

  • How hair quality directly affects wefting speed and stability

  • How to order the right hair, not just cheap hair

This knowledge alone saves significant production time and material cost.

We serve the global wig and hair industry with integrated, real-world expertise built over decades—
spanning manufacturing, machinery, chemical systems, and hands-on education.

Since 1984, we have been directly involved in the manufacturing and international export of wigs, toupees, hairpieces, and hair materials,
working through real factory operations and diverse global production environments.

In parallel with product manufacturing, we have developed, produced, and supplied the machines and process systems used in wig production—
including weft machines, hair implanting and ventilating machines, and related industrial equipment—
as well as the chemical systems and materials essential to those processes, such as bonding adhesives, PU skin liquids, coatings, and dyes.

Alongside production and development, we have conducted extensive hands-on training worldwide.
In overseas factories, we have trained groups ranging from dozens to hundreds and even thousands of participants,
through intensive programs lasting from two weeks to over one year, reaching a total of approximately 20,000 trainees.
These trainees included experienced professionals, company-sponsored employees, successors entering family-owned wig businesses,
and complete beginners preparing to build small-scale production operations.

Since 1998, at the JohnKorea Training Center in Korea, we have also provided customized hands-on training in one-to-one or very small group formats,
welcoming participants from over 30 countries—including industry professionals, independent business starters,
and individuals taking their very first steps into the wig and hair industry.

Through long-term collaboration with buyers and partners across dozens of countries,
continuous market feedback flows back to us—covering real-world demands related to color, size, fashion trends, production efficiency,
cost structure, and local consumer behavior.

This feedback forms a practical development loop, allowing us to refine machines, improve chemical formulations,
adapt materials, and create new production methods
that work not only in theory, but in real factories and real markets.

As a result, our chemical products, materials, and process systems are shaped by actual production results—
delivering stable performance, consistent quality, reduced failure rates, scalable processes, and commercially viable outcomes.

This integrated cycle of manufacturing, machine development, chemical formulation, education, and global market feedback
defines what we call Integrated Wig Science
practical knowledge built to perform, scale, and generate real business value.
