Hair ventilation needles, also known as hair hooking or knotting needles, are essential tools in professional wig making and hairpiece manufacturing.
These needles are used for hand tying, knotting, and injecting human hair into PU skin bases, lace, mono net, and mesh systems.
Different needle types are designed for specific applications. Skin needles are used for PU base injection, mono and lace needles are optimized for fine net structures, while R/Mesh needles are stronger and suitable for larger holes and faster production.
High-quality needle design ensures smooth hair insertion, minimizes damage to delicate base materials, and improves efficiency in wig production and repair.

( MONO means "FINE MONOFILAMENT NET, SWISS

Production of the CW440-HI was suspended in 2020 following the COVID-19 outbreak and has not resumed as a standard production item.
At present, there are no plans for regular manufacturing.
Limited production is to be arranged for hands-on training programs.
