Why Bank Charges Apply to T/T Payments
All bank charges must be borne by the buyer.
This includes all 3 types: sending bank charges, intermediary (correspondent) bank charges, and receiving bank charges.
For international bank transfers (T/T), multiple banks may be involved in the transaction process.
In addition to the sending and receiving banks, one or more intermediary (correspondent) banks may participate, and each of them may deduct handling or routing fees during the transfer.
These intermediary bank charges are not visible in advance and are beyond our control.
The exact amount may vary depending on the buyer’s bank, country, currency route, and transfer method.
As a result, the amount received in our account may be less than the invoiced amount if bank charges are deducted during the transfer.
To avoid any shortage, the buyer must ensure that the full invoice amount is received in our account without any deductions.
For this reason, we recommend selecting "OUR" for the bank charge option when making a T/T payment, so that all bank charges are fully covered by the sender.
Additional Handling Charge for T/T Payments
For payments made via international bank transfer (T/T), a standard bank handling charge of USD 40.00 may be applied.
This charge is used to cover additional costs such as intermediary bank fees, re-routing charges, and other transaction-related expenses that may occur during the transfer process.
Since it is not possible to determine in advance which intermediary banks will be involved or how much they will charge, this fixed amount helps ensure that the full invoiced amount is received.
This policy allows us to maintain fair and consistent pricing for all customers, including small or trial orders, without increasing product prices.
Alternative Payment Method (No Bank Charges)
If payment is made via Western Union, no bank charges will be applied, as there are no intermediary or routing bank fees involved.
Please contact us by email or WhatsApp for detailed payment instructions if you prefer to use Western Union. |
