We make Wig Caps (Foundation) of Ladies' Wigs and Bases of Toupees(Men's Hair Replacement Units) using all kinds of netting materials, machines, chemicals, etc.
We make each product with integrated Technical knowledge in various categories and actual experience
(1) making machines, chemicals, lots of netting materials, etc for more than 5,000 overseas buyers (factories, wig shops, hair salons, beauty supply shops) in more than 100 countries,
(2) receiving technical questions and various inquiries from them, and
(3) providing Hands-on Trainining and supporting trainees online after Hands-On-Training.

We serve the global wig and hair industry with integrated, real-world expertise built over decades—
spanning manufacturing, machinery, chemical systems, and hands-on education.

1984, we have been directly involved in the manufacturing and international export of hand-made toupees, women’s wigs — both hand-made and machine-made, using human hair and synthetic fibers — as well as hairpieces and other hair goods, including lace closures, lace toppers, synthetic braids, and human hair wefts, working through real factory operations and diverse global production environments.

In 1992, as industry conditions evolved and global production structures shifted, we entered our second business phase.

In parallel with the continued manufacturing and export of toupees, wigs, and other hair goods, we expanded into the development, production, and global supply of machines and process systems used in wig manufacturing — including weft machines, hair implanting and ventilating machines, and related industrial equipment — as well as the chemical systems and materials essential to those processes, such as bondi
ng adhesives, PU skin liquids, coatings, and dyes.

In 2000, we further expanded into the production and export of base materials, including nets, meshes, and lace fabrics, as well as synthetic hair fibers used in wig and hairpiece manufacturing.

Alongside production and development, we have conducted extensive hands-on training worldwide.
In overseas factories, we have trained groups ranging from dozens to hundreds and even thousands of participants, through intensive programs lasting from two weeks to over one year, reaching a total of approximately 20,000 trainees.

These trainees included experienced professionals, company-sponsored employees, successors entering family-owned wig businesses, and complete beginners preparing to build small-scale production operations.

Since 1998, at the JohnKorea Training Center in Korea, we have also provided customized hands-on training in one-to-one or very small group formats, welcoming participants from over 30 countries—including industry professionals, independent business starters, and individuals taking their very first steps into the wig and hair industry.

Through long-term collaboration with buyers and partners across dozens of countries,
continuous market feedback flows back to us—covering real-world demands related to color, size, fashion trends, production efficiency, cost structure, and local consumer behavior.

This feedback forms a practical development loop, allowing us to refine machines, improve chemical formulations, adapt materials, and create new production methods that work not only in theory, but in real factories and real markets.

As a result, our chemical products, materials, and process systems are shaped by actual production results— delivering stable performance, consistent quality, reduced failure rates, scalable processes, and commercially viable outcomes.

This integrated cycle of manufacturing, machine development, chemical formulation, education, and global market feedback defines what we call Integrated Wig Science— practical knowledge built to perform, scale, and generate real business value.
