Two-Component Adhesive Systems

<> All glues listed below are two-component liquid adhesive systems, commonly referred to as 2-component glues.
The two components must be mixed before use.

1) 1 liter ≈ 0.9 kg ~ 1.0 kg, depending on the specific gravity of each adhesive.

2) All prices are based on FOB Seoul, Korea, and do not include shipping costs.

3) Freight and bank charges (approximately US$40.00 for bank transfer) will be added.

• The viscosity (thickness) and hardness/softness can be adjusted by the mixing ratio.
• Drying time may vary depending on the mixing ratio of the two components (X & Y or A & B).

<> Minimum Package:
1 liter (≈1 kg) per component
(e.g., G7100 – 1 kg and G7400-T – 1 kg)

Most customers order:
1 kg of Component X (G7100) and 2 kg of Component Y (G7400-T)
→ Total: 3 kg

This is because Component X is generally used in a higher proportion than Component Y.

<> Solvent:
Solvents can be purchased locally in your country
(e.g., via eBay in the USA).

• Typical solvent price: around US$3.00/kg, depending on quantity and location.

Technical Note:

If specific mixing ratios are required for your application, we will provide appropriate mixing ratios and suitable solvent recommendations.

However, we do not provide full production or application techniques when supplying adhesives only.

This is because proper use involves pre-treatment and after-treatment processes.
As these require detailed technical know-how, such guidance is provided separately as part of our paid training and consulting services.
