Individual Components of G7-Series Two-Component Adhesives
   
   
 

All glues listed below are two-component (liquid) adhesives.
Both components must be mixed before use.

  1. 1 liter ≈ 0.9–1.0 kg, depending on the specific gravity of each adhesive.

  2. All prices below are based on FOB Seoul, Korea, and do not include shipping costs.

  3. Freight charges and bank fees (USD 40.00 for bank transfer payments) will be added.

  • Viscosity (density) and hardness/softness can be adjusted by changing the mixing ratio.

  • Drying time may vary depending on the mixing ratio of the two components (X & Y or A & B).

📦 Minimum Order Quantity

Minimum package: 1 liter (1 kg) per component
(e.g., G7100: 1 kg + G7400: 1 kg)

Most customers typically order 1 kg of Component X and 2 kg of Component Y
(total: 3 kg), as Component X is generally used in a higher mixing ratio than Component Y
in standard applications.

🧪 Solvent Information

Solvents can usually be purchased locally in your country
(e.g., via eBay in the USA).

  • The solvent price is approximately USD 3.00/kg, depending on order quantity, country, and supplier.

⚠️ Technical Support Policy

If specific mixing ratios are required for your application,
we will provide recommended mixing ratios and suitable solvents for our chemicals.

However, we do not provide production, application, or treatment methods
using our chemicals.

This is because proper use involves pre-treatment and post-treatment processes,
and it is not feasible to provide complete technical guidance
to customers purchasing adhesives only.

Please note that professional training and manufacturing know-how
are offered separately as paid services, as part of our technical training programs.

Meanwhile, the above extra handling charges can be much less in case the consignee is in Qingdao, China and when we know your quantity.

Q. Are these one-part or two-part adhesives?
A. All products are two-component liquid adhesives and must be mixed before use.

Q. Can I adjust hardness or drying time?
A. Yes. Both viscosity and drying time can be adjusted by changing the mixing ratio.

Q. What is the minimum order quantity?
A. Minimum order is 1 kg per component.

Q. Do you provide application methods?
A. We provide mixing ratios and solvent recommendations only.
Application and production methods are offered separately
