With a small amount—3 g (or 3 mL) of JK-HairCoat—you can treat up to 1 kg of hair, with effects lasting even after dozens of washes.
This is equivalent to:
• about five full wigs (approximately 200 g each, long hair),
• ten hair extensions (100 g each),
• or ten wefts (100 g each).

This is possible because JK-HairCoat is a highly concentrated micro-emulsion, engineered
to form an ultra-thin, uniform ionic surface coating, rather than relying on volume.
All hair used in extensions, wigs, toupees, and other hairpieces—including high-quality Remy hair—inevitably becomes worn over time due to daily use, washing, brushing, drying, ironing, coloring, perming, and friction during sleep.
JK-HairCoat products enhance and improve the overall quality of human hairpieces by reducing tangling, coarse texture, and damage caused by bleaching, dyeing, curling, and brushing.
JK-HairCoat long-lasting hair coatings help make hairpieces and wigs tangle-free, silky, soft, smooth, and visually restored, giving them a refreshed, like-new appearance.
However, in the case of non-Remy hair, where cuticles run in different directions, tangle-free performance may not be sufficiently achieved through the use of JK-HairCoat alone.
As verified by professional evaluators, this micro-coating delivers beautiful shine,
remarkable results, and natural movement, while maintaining softness, silkiness,
and tangle-free performance — even after dozens of washes.
“Beautiful shine. Natural movement. Proven durability — wash after wash.”
“Ultra-thin ionic coating that keeps hair smooth, silky, and tangle-free over time.”

Answer-1 : 66.6 Kgs
With 200 grams (200 ml) of JK-HairCoat,
approximately 66.6 kg of human hair can be treated using the dipping method.
With 1 kg of JK-HairCoat (JK7882-SEV),
approximately 333 kg of human hair can be treated by dipping.

Q & A
Question-2 : When treating 10 kg of hair, how much JK-HairCoat is required?
Answer-2 : 30 gr (or 30 ml) of a HairCoat is needed.

We serve the global wig and hair industry with integrated, real-world expertise built over decades—
spanning manufacturing, machinery, chemical systems, and hands-on education.

Since 1984, we have been directly involved in the manufacturing and international export of hand-made toupees, women’s wigs — both hand-made and machine-made, using human hair and synthetic fibers — as well as hairpieces and other hair goods, including lace closures, lace toppers, synthetic braids, and human hair wefts, working through real factory operations and diverse global production environments.

In 1992, as industry conditions evolved and global production structures shifted, we entered our second business phase.

In parallel with the continued manufacturing and export of toupees, wigs, and other hair goods, we expanded into the development, production, and global supply of machines and process systems used in wig manufacturing — including weft machines, hair implanting and ventilating machines, and related industrial equipment — as well as the chemical systems and materials essential to those processes, such as bonding adhesives, PU skin liquids, coatings, and dyes.
In 2000, we further expanded into the production and export of base materials, including nets, meshes, and lace fabrics, as well as synthetic hair fibers used in wig and hairpiece manufacturing.

Alongside production and development, we have conducted extensive hands-on training worldwide.
In overseas factories, we have trained groups ranging from dozens to hundreds and even thousands of participants, through intensive programs lasting from two weeks to over one year, reaching a total of approximately 20,000 trainees.

These trainees included experienced professionals, company-sponsored employees, successors entering family-owned wig businesses, and complete beginners preparing to build small-scale production operations.
Since 1998, at the JohnKorea Training Center in Korea, we have also provided customized hands-on training in one-to-one or very small group formats, welcoming participants from over 30 countries—including industry professionals, independent business starters, and individuals taking their very first steps into the wig and hair industry.

Through long-term collaboration with buyers and partners across dozens of countries,
continuous market feedback flows back to us—covering real-world demands related to color, size, fashion trends, production efficiency, cost structure, and local consumer behavior.

This feedback forms a practical development loop, allowing us to refine machines, improve chemical formulations, adapt materials, and create new production methods that work not only in theory, but in real factories and real markets.

As a result, our chemical products, materials, and process systems are shaped by actual production results— delivering stable performance, consistent quality, reduced failure rates, scalable processes, and commercially viable outcomes.

This integrated cycle of manufacturing, machine development, chemical formulation, education, and global market feedback defines what we call Integrated Wig Science— practical knowledge built to perform, scale, and generate real business value.
